Netherbury Fete
Sunday 22nd July 2001

The Fete was held in the beautiful grounds of Slape Manor on a glorious sunny day.

Our programme was intended to be the same as at Piddlehinton, but due to Tim's injury, Lewis agreed to take his place.

However, Philip and Caroline were late in arriving, so Tim nobly agreed to do the first two dances in a gentle fashion. Then he, Jed and Lewis took turns of filling in for the remaining dances.

The ground was not so flat as the day before and the dancers were some way from the music which caused problems for Jed, who did a wonderful job running back and forwards and jumping over bales of hay.

Despite the minor hiccups the display again went well and was well received.
